I am HORRIFIED that YOU, one of the creepiest bullies of this century would have ANYTHING to do with ANY Josh fan.

YOU, who tried to file a lawsuit against me because YOU didn’t like my opinions, YOU who arranged for people who impersonated lawyers calling my home, YOU who made horrifying comments about my husband and my sex life, YOU who supported Sue Witkin and Nay attacking my CHILDREN and DRAGGING JOSH’S NAME THRU THE MUD…. YOU, who took my STOLEN EMAILS AND PRIVATE POSTS and MAILED THEM to Josh’s FAMILY. YOU, who supported Nay, the bully who spoke for Josh and BLACKMAILED him with her website and who admitted maligning me for YEARS behind the scenes as a threat to his safety.

YOU the evil bully who THREATENED to send stuff to my BOSS, YOU who posted the ADDRESS of my place of employment and encouraged others to file FALSE CLAIMS about me there, and YOU who threatened to pay for ADS in my LOCAL NEWSPAPER to malign me. YOU who set up a public blog devoted EXCLUSIVELY to maligning me and LYING about me.

YOU Journey, who was photographed with your hand on Josh’s CROTCH (cardboard Josh). YOU Journey who was BANNED from Josh’s fan club for posting crude SEXUAL STORIES, but then later, unbelievably, was let back in. YOU who maligned a poor young Josh fan in a WHEELCHAIR.

How DARE you do ANYTHING AT ALL having to do with ANY NICE JOSH FAN.

And I am also SHOCKED and HORRIFIED that Jan and Irene let an evil person like YOU post in this forum after seeing with their OWN EYES all the terrible things you have done. Simply HORRIFIED.

And now I am SURE that this post will be deleted because Irene and Jan have ABANDONED me and they support YOU and your damn posts here. I will be screamed at to stop posting “diatribes” and bringing up the past, even though I am still hurting in the PRESENT– even though I am still being treated like I have leprosy and still being SHUNNED by former friends NOW, in the PRESENT.. even though my heart is still broken in the PRESENT when I see over and over again people thanking bullies and those horrible bullies keep being allowed to post on this site and Josh’s own site. YES, I still cry all the time!!!!!!!!!!

I just can’t understand it…WHY you Journey, along with Nay and your evil gang, are not banned from EVERY JOSH FAN SITE OUT there—-it baffles me COMPLETELY.

And YES I am posting here again because again, I am HORRIFIED to no end that YOU are stalking Marge’s family, calling her HOME, searching records about her, and Irene and Jan are SUPPORTING WHAT YOU ARE DOING by letting YOU post here.

Let Marge REST IN PEACE. SHE was one of Josh’s most wonderful fans in the WORLD!!! SHE is in heaven now!

And now if you don’t mind, I need to go cry for my dear lost friend, and for the loss of some of my FORMER FRIENDS here who I supported with all my heart for YEARS and who have ABANDONED me and never speak to me anymore… and I don’t even know WHY because I never did anything whatsoever to them except try to SUPPORT THEM and HELP them and I was always NICE to them!!

I banned Journey from the Pub after the war, after all the horrors she inflicted on me, my family, and my friends, including YOU. I will NEVER allow her to post in the Pub again. And again, I am appalled that you didn’t ban her from here LONG ago. You abandoned the Pub, you never post there… and you rarely respond to anything I say anymore except to “correct me” or chastise me for something I said. Gee thanks. My forum is 99% positive and I work my butt off to help all of Josh’s fans– including you. You used to post, now you and Jan and many others ignore me and anything I do. And then you allow Journey to post anything she wants here. Of course I didn’t mind her posting updates about Voice, but now she is continuing to stalk Marge’s family and intrude into their life… calling Marge’s home and searching for information about her. I am TRULY appalled. My God, let Marge rest in peace. She doesn’t need some evil bully butting into her business after she is in the grave. Journey NEVER apologized for ANY of the agony she inflicted on anyone– she always twisted it into something that was someone’s else’s fault, and she supported all the horrible things that Sue and Nay and the others did. Again, I am TRULY appalled you have let her continue posting here (before Marge’s accident)… just as I am appalled that Josh and his family allow her and Nay to be involved with his CHARITIES. For God’s sake, what is wrong with everyone? Does nobody believe in justice and decent behavior anymore? I am surprised that all of you don’t advocate letting all criminals out of prison to roam the streets again…after all, what they did was “in the past”, right? Let the criminals free, and if their victims speak up, blame them for being “negative”!!

If you are implying that I am “living with malice” towards anyone, you are wrong. I am living with HURT and the pain of INJUSTICE, and the pain of losing friends like YOU. It seems that everyone is willing to forgive all the horrific deeds of Journey and Nay and the others, but they are NOT willing to forgive Louise for anything whatsoever, even though my biggest “crime” was simply criticizing Josh’s girfriend of 4 years ago, and standing up to Nay and the other board police of jg.com. You and everyone else knows that what they did is 20 TIMES WORSE than anything I ever did and YOU even fought with me against the bullies. I don’t know WHY you turned a cold shoulder to me, but I suppose it could be that my views about certain issues such as gay rights don’t align with your beliefs. And that is a damn shame. I don’t expect my friends to agree with me about everything– and I don’t abandon them if we disagree on an issue, especially if someone has hurt them deeply. But of course, you and Jan and others can do whatever you want. It’s your life.  Or maybe it’s that everyone believes Josh hates me and you don’t want to associate with me anymore. Oh gee, nice thought. Maybe I should send a thank-you note to Josh for making 99% of his fan base hate me. The bottom line is that Journey and Nay and all the other monsters are still accepted and even THANKED, allowed to post, be a member of his fan club, after all the LIES they told and horrible things they did, and I am shunned, banned, and laughed at when anyone thinks that Josh’s tweets refer to me and the Pub. After his negative fan site tweet (time machine), your members HERE screamed at me and lectured me about how he was referring to ME and the Pub.( That would be ME! Ozy.) You said nothing, nor did you delete any of their posts even when Jan posted one of my PRIVATE THOUGHTS about Lindy (taken out of context) from a PRIVATE PM. Again, I am appalled.

I am NEVER going to correspond with Journey directly for the rest of my life. Especially after she sent me a SNIDE email BEFORE Marge died, criticizing me for my posts and for not responding to her. IGNORE is what I will do with her. She never even attempted to apologize for what she did to me and my family. That is not animosity or hatred, but simply removing myself completely from associating with an evil person in an attempt to move on and regain my life and happiness.

And so yep, I agree: Life is too short to be dwelling on animosity and hatred, and again I have been TRYING to move on and be positive– just look at my forum and you will see proof of that. AND guess what? Life is too short to hold grudges and keep someone shunned forever from Josh’s world too. But I suppose that it’s OK to continue hurting Louise, to hold a grudge against her– she doesn’t count. Everyone can be forgiven except Louise. People can keep hurting her and keep her banned and keep ignoring her forum and everything she does. Here, accept the people who tried to destroy her life and let them post anything they want!! Yep. And Josh can make tweets about sending her away in a time machine and everyone (including Nay and Sue) can laugh about what he said. Hurt Louise! It’s a fun game!

Louise Miller wants a nice fan of Josh Groban’s to apologize!

LM wants Journey, who supports Josh Groban via his charities and any other means possible, while being active on both FOJG and JG.com to apologize to her.

Journey has thought things over and finds she has nothing to apologize to LM for. She received nothing that she wasn’t entitled too.

She does find that she should apologize to Jackie, Jan and Irene as they got dragged into something they shouldn’t have – so to those three Journey is truly sorry and apologizes – sometimes people are casualties of wars, differences of opinions, etc..

 

 

Beyond that, there is nothing to apologize for.

LM is great at making demands but horrible about obeying legal documents, Josh’s direct tweets, she just loves to twist things to her so she can tell “her” story ad nauseum.

So if LM is waiting for an apology from Journey – she will be waiting a long time before that ever happens.

Louise Miller attacks Journey, a nice fan of Josh Groban

Why are we not surprised that LM couldn’t stop attacking people?

Journey, who has not said a word about LM in ages, who has not attacked LM in any way shape or form and who has been going through a great deal of medical issues is now the brunt of LM’s latest diatribe. Journey hasn’t been on the computer much due to her medical issues.

However we have found that Journey is clear of Leukemia, bone cancer and lupus. She has been diagnosed with Myofascitis, which is a soft tissue disorder and it affects her entire body.

So what has Journey done to upset Louise to attack her this time?

She attempted to find out what the family wanted of a very close friend of hers who died recently and Louise had the gall to call her not only a Monster but a Stalker.

In her diatribe, she not only names Journey but several other great fans of Josh Groban.

We would think with LM moving to the east coast (we hope it’s Jersey) she would have more things to do; like work, look for a house so when her house in Texas sells in 4 years, she can be reunited with her husband and children who are probably living normally for the first time in their lives, God bless them, then bash Josh’s fans. Noooooooooo that is not the case, she apparently has enough time to bash Josh’s fans between working and whatever else she is doing.

To bad she doesn’t have a heart when it comes to those who are truly ill.

Josh tells Louise Miller what she wants to hear …………

LM has been attempting to figure out Josh’s tweets for sometime. Well we believe we can help her figure out a couple as they were meant for her, from his own heart and lips (or should we say fingertips?).

LM, we hate to break it to you, but it is your site he is talking about. All those negative and disrespectful threads you have up about certain fans makes your site less than appealing and it’s still the usual place for your diatribes.

The time machine is also for you LM. To take you back to the time when you received the certified letter from his attorney telling you it was Josh’s wishes for you to shut down your website. Which you ignored.

You do remember the letter don’t you? You wanted to hear it from Josh’s lips and basically you did, which is why he has allowed you to follow him on twitter.

Don’t you think for one minute that man has more important things to do, like getting out his next CD, before the world forgets who he is like they did between Closer and Awake? You wanted to hear it from him and he told you, Twitter only gives you so much room, so he made the best of the room he had.

Now why don’t you remove all those negative threads about everyone and get on with your new life. Open a bacon cooking forum – seems PORK is your favourite food.

You claim 300 members, but how many of those members have abandoned you? How many of those members have been banned? How many of those members just came in once to defend themselves and never returned?

What is your actually member list? 3? 5? How many of them are you, talking to yourself?

Poor Josh, to have a site dedicated to him with so much negativity on it and bad mouthing other fans.

Louise, how does your rant and raging honor Voicetranced? I’ll tell you how. . .It doesn’t. Get over yourself!

I just love how Journey writes about herself in the third person; like we’ve forgotten who runs that blog. How STUPID!

  And  Journey thinks far more highly of herself than she ought. She’s a cruel, spiteful BULLY!

 

Current Events In Grobania Update 8/30/09

This post will be the only post showing at the current Phoenix Files.

Though the war is over, there has still been a great deal of action taking place which I haven’t blogged about because I didn’t want to stir up old emotional embers that

are still trying to cool. And yet, at the same time, people have the right to comment on the current events and rumors.

Seems the D/S is rather bored. So they turned Louise in for posting the pictures from the “Rock the Bach” event. Seems the D/S just couldn’t leave well enough alone nor let sleeping dog lay.

    Well, since they seem to want to play games, I guess I need to remind them of their own embarrassing history. After all, Josh’s new management hasn’t seen the Phoenix Files yet. I think it’s time to let them have a peek.

Oh, and Sue Witkin, since you keep searching your name, I guess I’ll give you something to read with you name and picture in it!

 

Due to the fact that the “Rock the Bach” picures were removed from the Silver Lake Concervitory Face Book site, as well as FOJG and several other sites, I have gone ahead and removed the pitures, in question, from my own Josh Blog.

     I do this out of respect for Silver Lake Conservitory, who owns the pictures of the event. 

 

 

 

   ~The trolls that has attacked JG.com in order to post filth and porn in several of the threads.~ It’s been going on for about a month now and the trolls were given the link to the boards by Lea. AKA SwimmerMom @JG.com and LV (something) on the Seigfred & Roy boards @ AOL. ( member of the D/S).

   That’s how the trolls got onto JG.com.

 

  It is also rumored that  someone who popped in to the S&R boards @ AOL is none other than Journey. Known as Spiritlass, when a search is done on that name, it goes back to Journey’s profile from years earlier. Journey completely denies it!  But the evidence is too strong against her to be anyone else.

   Journey also barged into the thread over @ the Alt forum and claimed she was going to twitter Josh and name someone from the Pub as one of the trolls.  Others thwarted that plan of hers.  If Journey isn’t SpiritLass, why is she  twittering Josh about a board she knows nothing about?

 

And then we have Louise’s latest antics against WBR and the wrath she felt when her IP was blocked. She posted a “Screw You WBR” thread too! Not smart.

  Check out the front page of the Pub and her endearing post to WBR at the Pub. Well she removed it.  Luckily someone copied it. This is from a few days ago:

“I got good news!! More on that later….

And guess what???!!! I am now MOVING to the NORTHEAST…Yankee country!! Woo Hoo!!

And…I finally got broadband wireless internet!! So I can now cause trouble on the internet anytime, from anywhere!” Front page of the JG Pub.

Still earlier she begged someone to ask the mods whey her IP was banned. Someone explained it was because of Louise copying post from JG.com and reposting them as the Pub. But she still doesn’t think she did anything wrong because those people didn’t contact her and ask her to remove them. And because nobody asked, then she’s innocent of a wrong doing and her IP shouldn’t be blocked.  Just because someone asks, doesn’t mean she’ll remove the post. Lynne Malone asked her to remove a picture that she put up on her Myspace. Louise copied the picture and posted it @ the Pub. Lynne asked her to remove it and Louise went off on her.

No wonder she has lost 95% of her members.

I am sorry to hear about the troubles you have had to endure this past year. I hope the letter from Josh assisted you in understanding his position regarding the fighting and such that has been going on over the past year. It was something Josh stressed over for a long time before telling the attorney to draft the letter. Then it had to wait until the family came back from vacation before it could be sent out. Josh wanted it as informal as it could possibly be. He truly didn’t want to hurt you or your members but he also couldn’t have what was going on continuing anymore as it was affecting his fan base. Josh loves his fans and would do anything to support everyone but unfortunately he can’t do that and had to do what was best for everyone involved.

I’m just checking in to see how you are coping without your website. It is Josh’s wish that you will continue to see him at his concerts, purchase his CDs/DVDs and be a fan of his even though he doesn’t want you running a website for him any longer. It really is better for everyone involved and Josh made the best and only decision he could make.

The complaints have pretty much stopped and everyone seems to be able to be nice to each other now. Josh doesn’t believe the world to be all roses without thorns, but the less amount of thorns the better.

I got the PM from “Valuable Josh Fan”thru MySpace. That’s what the person put on their MySpace page, and they obviously signed up for the account just to send me a message. In my response, I asked them WHO they were. The person read my PM, but never responded. BUT, a few days later I went back to MySpace and lo and behold, the person had changed the name from “Valuable Josh fan” to “Valerie Sooky”!! I sent another PM to her to thank her for telling me who she was, but again, didn’t get any response back. I begged her to tell me if she had PERSONALLY talked to Josh about this, but she never responded, and a couple of days later the entire account was deleted.I sent a PM to Valerie’s other “normal” MySpace account, but she never read it….

It is hard for me to believe that someone would try to impersonate Val. And that is another reason I decided to post what I did on the start page. IF someone IS trying to impersonate Val, she needs to KNOW about that!! If she contacts me and tells me that it wasn’t her who PM’d me, then I will be happy to take down the start page. It will be interesting to see what happens now….

So we have someone who contacts Louise in order to speak for Josh yet again and twist an event that took place in July of last year.  The sender must be very bored indeed.

 

What happened was the REAL Valerie Sooky contacted Louise and sent this response to Louise:

Louise, I have never sent you any letter through myspace. Whoever emailed you has pretended to be me.

So, we have an impostor of an important Josh fan who heads up a charity for Josh Groban. So who was it who set up a fake MySpace Page in order to send the Counterfeit PM in the first place? The D/S continue to stir the pot, trying to restart trouble. I Think Journey needs to get a life. She has impersonated other people on the Internet as well so this is nothing new, it’s her regular pattern of behavior.

JMO, I think Louise needs to gather her evidence against the D/S, have it notarized and send a copy to Josh’s  lawyer,  Avnet Management and WBR.

I’m trying VERY hard to control my temper right now. ………………..Does anyone know Looney’s maiden name or anything about where she used to live? I’m going to do a little research. I appreciate everyone’s support right now but I’m about ready to blow up. I will not blow up on the blog, again, because it will get used against us but let me tell you, I really hope Josh sends her something legal that will stick this time because she is really asking for it now. This will be the last time I ever try to apologize to her.

PF- Louise spit in Josh’s face, do you really think she’ll be civil with us? She could care less about an apology. I have no intentions of ever giving her one. I have no idea what her maiden name is, but she said it happened 32 years ago and she said she had thought it was her husband that was coming home. So I think she was married at the time.

yes, and even tho it would be a sexual assault, it’s possible to get a redacted copy of any police report under the FOIA…I think if you’re willing to do the research Potter, it would be worth the few hours it would take to smash her bullshit story back in her face. I’m (as she would say) 99% certain she’s lying…in my line of work we take reports, investigate and prosecute sexual assaults, rapes etc way too often, and this is not the way someone who has actually suffered one behaves, and the melodramatic description is the clincher, this if FABRICATED, it didn’t effing happen. If we can get one shred of proof, even if she was actually married in 1977, she’ll be caught in yet another lie, and we can put her ass out with the trash !!!

I’m not sure where to start looking Potter, but somebody here my might remember or even have the link or files. Maybe Neener or Journey would remember, know where to look or even have it somewhere in their files. Louise posted sometime ago about her story of when she met her husband and they eloped. I don’t recall what file or folder this was in. Or if it was a link to her website where she keeps files of videos and other material. iirc, the story was that she and boyfriend Richard Miller were dating and they wanted to get married but her parents were against it. It could have been her senior year of high school or first year of college. But I think they ran off to New Mexico to elope. So yes they were married at this time in 1977. Louise is 51 or 52 now so I’m guessing she graduated in ‘74 or ‘75 from high school. I don’t think she ever said where they lived in the early portion of their marriage but she says in this latest allegation that he was working offshore. So my bet would be that they lived along the Gulf Coast. Her folks are from Louisiana so you have coastline from Galveston to New Orleans where oilies would live. I seem to recall that Louise posted the story about eloping close to the time she went to San Francisco with Dickie.

I’m standing by my earlier post…I don’t believe her and think it’s BS. I would not be surprised if the posts on SP&H were a set up for her to post “her story” and make us all look like monsters. I detest thinking that way, I just don’t trust anything she says to be the truth.

Louise has just proven to me that she will say anything and do anything to get Josh’s attention. Anything. And if she will sink this low to get Josh’s attention and she doesn’t get it, what will she do physically to get it? She has no moral compass and she’s costing Josh thousands in security for himself and his family. All she means to anyone who knows her is frustration and anger.

Tink, normally I would agree with you but not in this instance. Louise made a statement, a public statement about a criminal activity. Once something like that is put on the internet for the public to see, I think it’s prudent to check out the alleged crime. Especially since we have a history with this lying woman who has NO respect for our privacy or confidentialty or putting our names and locations on her site. If she had truly been a victim of a physical attack, then she would understand the vulnerability of women, especially those of us who live alone!!!! Digging into her past or public records? Not a problem ,especially since Oprah got snookered by that Holocaust couple who wrote a book about their childhood on each side of the prison fence. ===========================================

I’m with Deb, I don’t think it’s a great idea. Even if we can prove she was lying about it, it’s just going to turn around and bite us in the ass. We’ll know the truth, and her friends won’t believe it anyway, and twist it around that we’re evil people who hacked into something or made fake documents about it. I just think it’ll be asking for more trouble. I think she’s lying too. I think Ozy is telling the truth. I just don’t think she’s the type to lie about that. Ozy has her idiot moments, but in this case I think it’s true. Also, she didn’t go into detail. I don’t think anyone who is a victim would talk about it like LM did, and in that way.

I think Ozy lied as well…she has made false statements before and it seems a little to convenient that after Louise posted, Ozy followed suit. I think looking for info about the “alleged” attack is probably a waste of time…she may not have called the police if it did occur.

I don’t think qualified is the point. More like an opinion, at least it is for me and my opinion is that Louise is lying. I think she would do anything for attention and I also think her and Ozy have lied so much that we all doubt what they say. I do think it’s best to not dig into things, who really cares and who wants to waste their time on that? So far, it doesn’t look like her own members really believe her either. Better left alone, it really makes no difference anyway. Josh isn’t giving her any attention and that’s all she really wanted. I say let it go. Not worth the time or the effort, in my opinion. We all know Louise is one twisted, sick individual with some major issues. That will never change. And honestly, it doesn’t surprise me one bit.

If she were a horse, she would have been put out of her misery long ago. However she is human and it’s truly up to Josh as to how to handle her. I sincerely doubt he will do anything until after the New Year, he’s pretty booked up and Louise isn’t high on his priority list, and I doubt he would want to do anything around Christmas anyway.

For the record
I want to make my position very clear, for the record.

I want peace. I want all of the fighting to be over. I want no more conflict and want no part in any continued arguments or mudslinging anywhere. I won’t take part in anything that is going to keep the fight going.

I said from the beginning that my purpose in fighting back was to see the removal of all the negative and libelous things about me on the Pub. That has now happened. The moment it happened, I kept my end of the deal. There continue to be jabs at me there, but as far as I’m concerned this is over and done. I’m not pressing the issue.

There are some who will keep things going ad nauseum for their own reasons. There are some who refuse to take down their blogs and want to keep all the hurt and anger and conflict stirred up. I don’t understand the motivation. I have asked my friends not to respond to provocation and to take the high road if they’re taunted, in the name of keeping the peace. They will either do that or they won’t….I don’t control anyone else. I support my friends and recognize that everyone has their own personal conflicts or reasons, so I don’t judge them or criticize them for doing what they are led to do…but I can’t say that I support behavior on either side that keeps this fight going. It’s time for this to all end.

There are some who will never be satisfied with peace, but I believe there are many MORE involved in this who are ready to just agree to disagree, lay down arms, and stop trying to obliterate each other. Nothing says we have to all like each other or agree on our perspectives of all that’s happened. Nobody’s linking arms and singing Kumbaya. But at some point we all have to draw a line in the sand, make a decision to move on from it and leave all the crap in the past. Continually rehashing it doesn’t do anyone any good.

If people just stop responding or reading the statements of those who choose to keep this going, they won’t have an audience and eventually will have to stop.And those who cannot seem to move on and end this will show their true colors. I would ask anyone who feels as I do, that it’s time to be over, on EITHER side, to just stop. Stop commenting on the blogs, stop reading it, stop discussing it publicly. Move on.

 

I’ll just bet you want this to stop Nay. I’ll just bet you want the Mystery blogger and the Phoenix Files to  to shut up about the horrible statements made in your wonderful private forum of  hate towards Louise Miller and the Pub Members!

   I’ll just bet you want this to stop due to the fact that your dirty laundry is hanging in public for all to see and you’re ashamed! I’ll bet you want it all to go away Nay because we now know that Josh and his people DIDN’T support you and your Pit Bull gang against us, as so many of the D/Ser made it seem through their blogs and comments.

  However Nay, you and the D/S are the ones that blew everything totally out of proportion with your exaggeration of the true facts and the actual conditions. You were the ones who did that, not use! You were the ones who called Louise a psycho and a dangerous stalker to Josh Groban and his family, Nay.

  The D/S are the ones who publish hundreds of private communications of Louise’s and then ridiculed her in blogs and in comments.  Now that the favor has been returned back to you, you want everything to end?  How very noble of you Nay!

    While your busy telling everyone that you want the war to stop, why don’t you and the D/S personally apologize to Louise Miller, the Pub Members and of course, Josh Groban for all the personal damage you did to he and his reputation?

  Anybody can scream: “STOP!”  Not everyone can say, “Stop because I need to say I’m sorry for what I did.”

What I don’t get is, does she think she can waltz into court and file a suit against “The Dark Side”, as if we’re a legally identifiable entity? All those things she mentioned…she can’t identify ANY one person as the guilty party! She can’t blame ME for posting photos of her kids, because I didn’t do that. She can’t blame ANYONE for contacting her boss because it’s completely anonymous….etc. She can’t point a finger at any single person for any of those “offenses” (and most of them aren’t legal offenses ANYWAY, what a moron...) Does she think she could take ALL of us to court? Puhleease…

I told you she had money and I could tell by the house and neighborhood she lives in. I still find it hard to know she lives quite close to me. Going to Dallas at lease once a month now I could easily drive down the street and take pictures, LOL but that would be considered stalking, so that idea is out of the question. LOL
